About the role
You must be based in Southern California.
Job sites are spread across the surrounding counties, so a lot of the work is regional driving. The role is up to 50% travel, so you need to be willing and able to travel that much. When a project takes the crew out of the area, airfare and hotel are covered.
The work is overnight, usually 6 to 8 hours per night. It is helper-level low-voltage / IT / rollout support. What matters: high energy, reliability, following directions, working well with the crew, and showing up on time.
This role requires a federal background check, and we run a smoke-free & drug-free crew. To be clear: marijuana is a drug, and it is not permitted, regardless of state law.
